Be careful and note down the price on the little paper label before you take it to the till, the man behind the counter tried to overcharge me by switching the labels :/

That was pure mistake on my behalf personally! I had a customer before you & I muddled myself up & mixed up yours & previous customer's label! ( easy human error ) fortunately you realized before I do & unfortunately, you left too quick to give me a chance to apologize & explain of what happened. We are a established business with 14years on our belt ! These mistakes , even though rarely happens, would & could happen to anyone easly. Not intentionally.I have also charged customers for 1p instead of £100 too & they come back too ! I would like you to give us another chance & as a small business your feedback much valued .
