An award winning silver at the 2006 and 2007 International Wine and Spirits Competitions. This also attained a Gold at the International Review of Spirits. Laid down in oak barrels for at least three years, this rum is then double filtered through natural charcoal to remove colour, resulting in a spirit that is incredibly smooth and crisps & fresh.Perfect for mixing cocktails. fruity with a dry rounded finish. Balanced yet full flavoured.
